Joe Bubenzer, Chief Executive Officer


Joe Bubenzer joined Integro as CEO in the spring of 2014. An Series A investor, consultant, and service provider to the Company, Mr. Bubenzer has been involved with Integro Earth Fuels, Inc. for some time and in a variety of ways. Joe brings a unique combination of engineering, manufacturing, and business acumen to the team at a critical time in the Company’s development. He has an excellent record of accomplishment in Automotive, Marine, and Building Product Industries and has demonstrated revenue growth and profit improvements throughout his career, for large, global companies and small businesses alike.

Mr. Bubenzer is Founder & President of M.R. Davidson & Point Harbour, LLC providing consulting and placement for the manufacturing industry. He was recently President and CEO of Bertram Yacht, Inc., a luxury sportfish yacht manufacturer located in Miami, FL. While at Bertram, Joe oversaw an internal tripling of growth in manufacturing and sales over a five-year period as well as introducing significant lean & process improvements.

Prior to Bertram Yacht, Mr. Bubenzer served as Group President at Dura Automotive where he had global responsibility for 8000 employees at 34 plants in 12 countries and where he oversaw business growth from $100 million to $1 Billion in three years. He has managed/participated in over 25 acquisitions and accompanying reorganizations and has extensive experience in global operations. Additional senior positions were held previously at ITT Automotive and at General Motors.

Joe has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman in Terre Haute, IN and an MBA from Oakland University in Auburn Hills, MI.  

Walt Dickinson, Founder & Chief Marketing Officer

Walt Dickinson is the founder of the company and serves as Executive Vice President of Product Development & Marketing. In this role, Walt conducted the original technology and market research and formed the Company’s current relationships.

Walt has founded, operated, and sold several mid-size companies over the past 22 years. He has a strong background in product developing and positioning, consulting for ADP, Experian, and PPG Industries, CCC Information and other private and public companies. He has built two technology product companies whose national sales exceeded $12 million annually and employed over 100 employees. Walt has a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.

John Gramling III, Co-Founder, Chief Development Officer, and Acting Chief Financial Officer


John Gramling oversees acquisition and development of project sites. John was the first investor in Integro in 2008 and has been involved with the Company since its inception. Prior to joining Integro, John’s business career included founding and operating numerous construction and heavy equipment companies and co-founding a real estate development group. John’s roots are established in a 100-year-old family agricultural business that has owned and managed large farm acreage and manufacturing facilities throughout the Southeast.

From 1993 to 2008, John founded and operated Gramling Brothers Contracting, Inc. (“GBCI”), Gramling Equipment Company, LLC (“GEC”), and co- founded G3 Development. GBCI was a heavy highway civil construction firm that focused on constructing complex projects in the residential, commercial, industrial, medical, and highway markets. GBCI won five presidential safety awards for achieving the highest Industry standard in safety. GBCI was also a member of two project teams that won the prestigious Pinnacle award. Pinnacle awards are given annually for the most outstanding construction project in the Carolinas.

John holds a B.S. in Business Administration from The Citadel. Upon graduation, he was commissioned as an officer in the United States Army. He is a graduate of the US Army Infantry School and is Airborne qualified.
